Bridge Facility Services Ltd is growing again. We provide temporary and permanent building operators to commercial, retail, and industrial landlords, managers, and owners throughout GVRD, and South Vancouver Island. Many of our staff have graduated to work with our clients on a full time basis.

We are looking to fill the role of mobile building operator for multiple sites in the Delta and Richmond area, providing long-term coverage. This role may lead to the direct hiring with our valued client.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Vehicle & 5th Class BC Drivers License
- Common sense, mechanical ability, and building operator experience.
- Willing to take direction from clients and management.
- Knowledge on chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical (Light changes, reset breakers Etc.)
- Communication skills verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and management.
- Ability to create and submit property reports.

This job will be based off of 15 hour work weeks Mon-Fri. Schedule to be determined. (8AM-11AM, 9AM-12PM, 10-1PM, Etc.) Flexibility is an asset to us.

This is a good opportunity for a semi-retired person who has experience with commercial property management.

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
