**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the work team and coordinating activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and deadlines
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and project team members
- Ensuring that projects are completed according to company standards and procedures
- Being able to travel by car to project sites, regardless of location, and being willing to travel outside the province to provide support if necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Skilled in using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of the retail aspect
- Ability to manage display assembly
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Ability to work day and night shifts as requested by clients
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling for a position that varies based on ongoing projects

**Licenses/Certificates**:

- CITIZENSHIP, PERMANENT RESIDENCE, WORK PERMIT (mandatory)
- Driver's License (mandatory)

**Salary**:

- The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.00 - $36.00/hour, depending on experience and skills.
