Copper Point Golf Club, one of Score Golf’s Top 100 Courses in Canada, is seeking individuals to join our team to provide exceptional service to our Owners, Members and Guests. Copper Point boasts a phenomenal combination of variety and value with 36 holes of golf. The Point Course, the world-class 18 holes is complemented by our 18-hole Masters-style course, The Ridge. Both Courses take advantage of the inherent beauty of the terrain to create a unique and challenging variety of holes.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation complies with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in meal preparation for special events or large groups as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food handling practices and kitchen procedures.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
