**The Village of Glendale Crossing, located in London, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR to join their Retirement Team PART TIME.**

**Shift Details**:Work every second weekend and potential for rotational on-call

**As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will**:

- Hold a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lead and support a team of servers with hands-on training, coaching and leadership while assisting the Director of Hospitality with shift scheduling and supervision
- Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve certification
- Supervise the dining room, answering all requests professionally while putting excellent customer service first, ensuring a seamless mealtime experience
- Use your creative flare for meal delivery, creative food preparation and presentation along with their passion for exceptional customer service to plan, organize and manage special events
- Have 2-3 years of previous experience in a leadership role

**It would be an asset if our new Dining Room Supervisor has**:

- Knowledge of the nutritional needs of seniors
- Previous experience working in an Long-Term Care or Retirement setting
