**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Open and test the safety products, this includes weighing and repacking the equipment
- Inspecting the first aid kits, ensuring that all items enclosed are in date and working
- Labelling the products
- Raise suggestions to improve our products and processes
- Ensure assigned daily workload is achieved to meet targets
- Write up reports following the inspection and tests, submit to the admin team for processing

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in mechanical, maintenance, or electrical roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid BC Driver’s License and government-issued passport.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong commitment to meeting work schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
- Capability to obtain a government-controlled Port Pass and meet Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC) requirements.
- Flexibility to work weekends when required (e.g., when cruise ships or ferries are in port).
- Availability to work overtime as necessary to meet service, maintenance, or repair deadlines.
