We put a lot of effort in the opening this shop and we want to continue putting the same effort to turn it into something special, unique and innovative.

Here is what we need from you:
Qualifications:

- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers and commercial ovens
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time-management skills
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare baked goods and food items such as cookies, scones, biscuits, sandwiches etc.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling and rotation of food items
- Ensure correct use and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and facility
- Prepare food items for customers with allergies or intolerances
- Ability to meet deadlines, start and finish jobs with mínimal supervision
- Ability to open store early in the morning
- Keep records of the bakery inventory and production levels
- Inspect each baked product to ensure it meets quality requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
