- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation activities
- Teaching cooking classes to all ages
- Ensure that all food is prepared and completed according to quality standards
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment
- Strong knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent understanding of culinary principles and techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Experience in restaurant management or bartending is a plus
- Knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management and cost control
