**Who Are We?**
We’re _Praguery_ - Vancouver’s unique ice cream bakery on wheels, serving up handcrafted chimney cakes (Trdelník) and real-deal ice cream. Everything is made from scratch daily with natural ingredients, from our dough to our signature fillings and toppings.

We’re now seeking a **seasonal**, **dedicated and experienced Supervisor** to lead operations at our dessert truck located at the top of Grouse Mountain. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-traffic location in one of the most iconic destinations in Vancouver.

**LOCATION**:
Dessert Truck located atop ofGrouse Mountain, 6400 Nancy Greene Way, North Vancouver, BC V7R 4T5

**HOURS**:
9am - 10pm

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Open and close the dessert truck following checklists and procedures
- Lead and supervise a small team during daily operations
- Train team members in food prep, customer service, and health/safety practices
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation
- Manage cash handling, POS, and basic inventory tracking
- Communicate with HQ, submit shift reports, and support operations as needed
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in QSR or restaurant supervisory roles
- Minimum **4 days/week availability until mid-September**:

- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
- Able to stand for long hours and work independently
- Must provide **at least 3 references** from past employment
- Demonstrated ability to follow checklists and maintain food safety standards

**COMPENSATION**:

- **$22-$25/hour**, depending on experience
- Daily tips shared between the team
- Free dessert item each shift (ice cream or chimney cake)
- Paid training with detailed systems
- Health benefits after 6 months of full-time work (50/50 split)
- Uniform provided (t-shirt and apron)
