**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of MacaBaka Athleisure, you’ll create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every customer, while supporting daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering thoughtful product recommendations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fit, fabric, and function
- Assist with daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Support inventory counts and receiving of new product
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a positive store culture
- Represent the MacaBaka brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Passion for athleisure, wellness, and an active lifestyle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
