**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and maintain various types of farm equipment, including tractors, machinery, and tools.
- Assist with crop management, including seasonal tasks and general farm duties such as planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and farm facilities to minimize downtime.
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks, including fabricating and constructing farm infrastructure as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed, especially when handling heavy equipment and performing lifting tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily farm operations and achieve overall farm goals.
- Communicate with management and team members to report issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Fix and maintain farm infrastructure, including fences, buildings, and other structures.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and practices.
- Perform other duties as required by the farm management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience operating farm equipment and machinery (tractors, tools, etc.).
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and farm infrastructure.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow with opportunities for further training and development.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, on-site position.
- Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on operational needs.
- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and working in varying temperatures within the greenhouse environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
