**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and **data within the capital or fixed markets domain.**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project plans.

**Requirements**:

- **CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required**.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a **Business Analyst** in the **capital or fixed markets industry.**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and investment banking.
- Proficiency in **SQL for data analysis and querying.**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with **Agile methodologies** and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of **financial regulations and compliance requirements **is desirable.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

- Capital Markets: 6 years (required)
- equities, fixed income, derivatives, and investment banking: 7 years (preferred)
- financial regulations and compliance: 10 years (preferred)
- SQL for data analysis and querying: 10 years (preferred)
- Business Analysis: 10 years (required)
- Scripting (javaScript and python) and mySQL: 10 years (required)
- BPMN, Camunda, Splunk,: 10 years (preferred)
- Equity and Derivatives: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification (required)
