**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Technology Implementation & Support**:

- Prepare detailed implementation plans for specific technologies, ensuring that the deployment aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
- Install, configure, and monitor various facets of technology, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Continuously optimize technical installations to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- ** Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**:

- Respond to and troubleshoot user problems related to network performance, connectivity, and system malfunctions, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- Identify root causes of technical problems and provide actionable solutions to improve network performance and security.
- ** Ongoing Maintenance & Upkeep**:

- Regularly review and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies and products supporting the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve network architecture and security.
- ** Network Optimization & Security**:

- Continuously analyze network performance and suggest optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust network security, minimizing risks and protecting sensitive financial data.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Must Have**:

- At least **3 years of experience** as a **Network Analyst** with a strong understanding of network systems and architecture.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, as well as optimizing system performance.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, hardware installations, and configurations.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices in protecting sensitive financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve network issues.
- ** Nice to Have**:

- ** Security Clearance - Enhanced Reliability** (Preferred, but not required).
- Experience with **Network Security** protocols and tools.
- Knowledge of **Wide Area Network (WAN)** and **Storage Area Network (SAN)** architectures and technologies.
- Certifications in network-related fields (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
- Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, routing/switching).
