**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the inventory control processes.
- Ensure that parts meet required specifications.
- Ensure that parts are kept in stock and adequately ordered
- Ensure parts inventory is audited and reconciled as needed
- Oversee parts shipping
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track parts usage and availability.
- Oversee parts returns
- Manage the inventory, reporting, and purchasing for parts, supplies, and other company assets
- Develop and improve inventory reporting
- Establish an adequate supply of parts to enable efficient, timely response to order requests
- Manage inventory, reporting, and purchasing for parts, supplies, and other.
- Knowledge of company parts inventory titles/names and uses
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
- Proficient in using CMMS software or similar systems for tracking inventory and orders.

**Requirements**:

- Red Seal Certification.
- 3+ years of working experience as a Parts Manager or a similar role in.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of inventory monitoring principles.
- Demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive working environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Ability to demonstrate good administrative skills.
- Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
- A keen eye for details for accuracy.
- Excellent team management abilities.
- Quick decision-making skills.
