**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Utilize the Club OS (COS) system for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding gym memberships and services, demonstrating strong understanding of overall fitness and gym equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean environment to enhance the gym experience.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the credit machine with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting memberships and upselling when appropriate.
- Exhibit phone etiquette when responding to customer calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience with cashiering duties.
- Organizational skills are important for maintaining inventory and ensuring a tidy workspace.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
