**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help cultivate and maintain strong and long lasting relationships
- Meet with prospective clients and existing clients and have a proactive approach to discovering client need through listening and understanding what they are asking for
- Educate clients by conducting client reviews to provide relevant insights and expert advice that empower clients to make informed decisions
- Build client plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
- Maintain required licensing, compliance of ethical behaviour and company policies, industry standards and legal regulations
- Support day - to - day operations as required

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory LLQP License
- MFDA Mutual fund license preferred
- Post secondary education in finance, economics, accounting, business admin or a related field is preferred
- Industry experience is preferred
- Customer services experience is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
