**Job Summary**:

- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and coordinating with the production team for timely restocking.
- Order Processing: Process Shopify customer orders, manage LCBO orders from DDVP and DIG,, and work with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Shipping Coordination: Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers for FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, and resolving any shipping-related issues.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging supplies, and troubleshoot any supply chain disruptions.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders. Generate regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and shipping performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with alcohol distribution laws, international shipping requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Customer Service: Address logistics-related inquiries, track orders, and resolve any delivery issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Driving Responsibilities: Perform local deliveries to customers, retailers, and other partners, as well as pick up raw materials and supplies as needed. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure that deliveries are completed on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, including FTL and LTL shipments, and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to lift and transport materials safely.
- Familiarity with inventory software and order management systems is an asset.
