Comor Whistler is looking to hire an Ski & Snowboard Boot Fitters for the upcoming winter 22/23 season.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individual who is passionate about Skiing/Boarding and Biking to join our crew.

**Job description**:

- Greet customers and provide them with information on available ski/snowboard equipment, clothing and accessories.
- Assist customers with equipment fitting, ensuring that they are made aware of the use and care of each item.
- Provide customers with support in selecting the right items ensuring that they are properly equipped for the winter season
- Ascertain that the function of each item is communicated to the customer, and provide answers to any additional queries
- Respond to customers in a positive manner, especially when they are relating a problem or issues, and attempt to resolve it on immediate basis
- Complete required documentation for each ski mount
- Clean and organized work habits
- A friendly demeanor and (at times) can work under stressful time constraints
- Retail experience and/or ski/snowboard shop experience
- Very organized, energetic and responsible
- Able to operate in a fast paced, high-volume environment, with the responsibility of managing upwards of 15 staff and one of Whistler's busiest shops.
