Special Risk Insurance Managers Ltd. is an industry leading Managing General Agent established over 20 years ago. Our roots derive from a long serving sports, entertainment and lifestyle insurance provider (Sports-Can Insurance Consultants) and we have grown to encompass a wide range of niche and specialty products including aviation, marine, specialty casualty, accident, AD&D and hard to place property.

We are looking to add to our growing team with a part-time Lineage & Bordereaux Processor. This position is suitable for those without any industry knowledge, but with a keen eye for detail as the role deals with critical data required by our most trusted market partners.

You must have the ability to work from home, with the ability to work in a hybrid home-office model via desk booking system.

Please keep in mind, this is a production-based role where the main KPIs are output volume, output consistency, and accuracy of data entered.

**Duties**:

- Process/enter data for a variety of policy transaction types within a portal system or Excel spreadsheet
- Clerical duties, such as electronic filing as required

Minimum Job Qualifications & Key Personal Attributes:

- Strong organizational & time management skills to complete assignments effectively and within structured timelines
- Strong writing/language & communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Interest in being involved with community outreach and company culture
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office 365 & Google Drive is an asset
- High school diploma
- Minimum tech requirements to work from home:

- 25 Mbps download speed with a wired connection
- 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload speeds _per user_ if sharing connection
- 250 Mbps download speed via WiFi connection
- Power Supply: 120V AC for 8 hrs daily

**Job Type**: Part-time (minimum 15 hrs and up to 25 hrs/week)
- **Working hours are flexible, however, must be available within standard operating hours for training purposes at start & on occasion**_

Location: British Columbia

Starting Salary: $18-20/hr

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
