Job Qualifications:
You must be available for the required shift(s) and be able to lift up to 50lbs depending on the department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Unload pallets from delivery trucks into coolers following food safety guidelines
- Organize and rotate stock in back room and selling floor
- Maintain cleanliness of selling floor and back room
- Prepare fresh cuts to company standards
- Tray & wrap meat & seafood products
- Fill display counters regularly to maximize sales
- Manage and record shrink accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Follow Fresh Done Right and food safety standards
- Assist and support the Meat Manager when absent
- Adhere to cleaning schedule ensuring a high level of cleanliness standards
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous meat cutting experience
- Product knowledge of standard meat cuts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to stand for length of the shift (up to 8 hours).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work as a member of a team and support the execution of team goals.
