**Responsibilities**:

- Set up daily workflow with staff
- Lead crews and participate in a wide variety of tasks to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Always demonstrates safety leadership and safe work practices
- Assist employees to complete assigned tasks when required
- Ensure that high standards and quality are met
- Review completed work and inspect when required
- Communicate with customers
- Work with subtrades when required
- Other duties as assigned
