Tile Setter

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Lay tiles according to design specifications, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to cut and shape tiles as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and handymen, to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tile laying or flooring installation is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong skills in using hand tools related to tile setting and general construction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed.
- A background in carpentry or maintenance person services is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.67-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
