Bayshore Home Care Solution in Sarnia is looking for Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to join our amazing team in Sarnia, South County, and North County. We offer a sign on bonus, travel compensation, RRSPs, shift premiums and benefits to start upon hire
**What you’ll be doing**:
As an overnight/shift nurse, you will make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of home nursing care to our clients. This position is in the City of Sarnia with travelling North Lambton area as required by the branch.
We believe in a holistic approach to care; as the primary care planner you will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members, while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.
Flexibility and work-life integration is key; we encourage you to manage your time. Availability is Monday through Friday and every-other weekend.

**$4,000.00 sign on bonus** (more information shared during interview)
**0.44/km** from your home to the clients home to compensate travel costs
**$1.80** overnight shift premium on top of hourly rates

Job Qualification
**Qualifications**:
Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must have a valid CPR certificate
Updated Immunization Records, clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
