**CONSTRUCTION OPERATORS AND LABOURERS**

RFNOW Inc. is a fast-growing, forward-thinking telecommunications company based in Virden, MB and we are set to rapidly expand our footprint throughout Saskatchewan. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in joining our _**Construction and Maintenance Team.**_ You will help lay the foundation of our business through the land preparation, and installation of fibre internet infrastructure.

RFNOW is rolling across _**Southern Manitoba**_ and have opportunities available now Applicants are welcome from all communities with work currently happening mainly in the corridor from Miami to Stonewall, MB.
- _**Construction Labourer**_ positions from $24 to $26 per hour.
- _**Construction Operator**_ positions require a class 1 or 3 licence starting at $30 to $35 per hour.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections reports on equipment before use and report any repair issues or equipment hazards immediately
- Secure special attachments to equipment
- Assist with general labor duties when needed to complete fibre optic construction projects
- Transport materials to and from the jobsite, including loading and unloading
- Using proper tie-down procedures, secure materials to be transported to ensure the safety and security of the load
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and in compliance with company PPE standards
- Complete all required accurate paperwork daily, including daily site meeting, drivers logs, equipment daily inspection forms, attendance tracking.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
- Experience with heavy equipment for underground construction (Backhoes, excavators, cat dozer directional drills, hydrovac, semi/trailers, dump trailer) would be considered an asset, but willing to train suitable applicants
- Must have valid Class 1 or 3 license for operator roles
- Experience with utility locates and working around existing utilities

- Full time, Monday to Friday
