**Position Profile**
Passport Health is looking for a** Supply Chain Supervisor** to support our clinics across Canada.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the **Supply Chain Supervisor** is responsible overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain, logistics strategy, and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. This role requires the individual to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic, as well as being a strong communicator.

Passport Health is looking for a** Supply Chain Supervisor** to support our clinics across Canada.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the **Supply Chain Supervisor** is responsible overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain, logistics strategy, and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. This role requires the individual to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic, as well as being a strong communicator.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Manager the day-to-day activities of service delivery
- Responsible for managing the Supply Chain Team, from training to managing their everyday activities, and evaluate their performance.
- Developing, manage and administering annual budget for Canada clinics.
- Have strong negotiation skills and work closely with suppliers.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity, manage inventory discrepancies.
- Resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
- Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Identify and record any issues relating to cycle count discrepancies and negatives.
- Initiate action to prevent the re-occurrence of any non-conformities relating cycle count discrepancies and system negatives.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.
- Verify the implementation of solutions.
- Filling orders and inspecting vaccines and medication among all clinics.
- Packing and shipping of supplies among clinics on a weekly, biweekly basis from our distribution center (Toronto)
- Fulfilling orders online and/or by phone with vendors
- Order management and tracking, and confirmation of deliveries for all clinics
- Preparing sales reports, evaluate and report on KPIs
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Relevant work experience and an Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or Business.
- Have an excellent understanding for Supply Chain process
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great work ethic and positive attitude
- Effective attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Successfully pass a Police Background Check
- Excellent interpersonal skills and building relationships
