**Job Summary**:
Schedule changes based on special events, seasonality and business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as needed
- Collaborate with service team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Operating and cleaning food production equipment and food preparation areas
- Washes, cleans and stores dishes, cutlery, fixtures and equipment used for food preparation and service
- Maintain a sanitary work environment following food safety guidelines
- Monitor food supplies and communicate inventory needs
- All other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Understanding of kitchen operations and equipment
- Food Handler's Certification is a must
Pay: $17.20 per hour
