**Position**: Trainer/Key Holder

**Location**: 733 Central Parkway W.

**Hours**: Flexible hours Preferred, must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 20-35 hours weekly (Part Time)

A&W maintains teams of highly motivated staff in order to oversee operations and guide entry-level employees through daily responsibilities. Trainers/Key Holders responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Knowledge of Employment Act Standards
- Daily Inventory counts
- A&W House Policies
- Cash handling
- Training of other staff members for kitchen and front
- Demonstrate passion for guest services and creating an exceptional guest experience
- Have strong operational and communication skills
- Are able to get cross trained in the front room and kitchen on a specific period of time
- Enjoy leading with a diverse team in a fast pace environment
- Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
