**The Opportunity**:
ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd is looking for an energetic and responsible individual to
work as a Production Assembler. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will be
responsible for all assembly functions associated with the manufacturing process. They must
have good communication and organizational skills, detailed-oriented and be committed to
providing superior quality workmanship.
- 3 years’ experience in assembly and test of electronic assemblies in an ISO 9001

manufacturing environment

**Responsibilities**:
Under the leadership (and in collaboration with) the Operations Manager, perform the following
duties:

- Read and assemble ERLPhase products according to assembly instructions
- Assist Engineering in the build and documentation of prototype units
- Operate automated test, HiPot and HASS environmental test systems
- Participate in incoming inspection processes and ongoing quality control checks
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications:
- A technical post-secondary education with related supplemental training and/or experience
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in assembly and test of electronic assemblies in

an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail reinforcing ERLPhase quality standards and practices
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing practices and terminology, including ESD, HiPot,

burn-in, SMT, AOI and other industry terminology
- Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity and soldering skills are a must
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Ability to read and follow instructions in written and oral English
- Proficient in Word, Excel, databases, and Outlook
- Background check results satisfactory to ERLPhase
