**Your Opportunity**:
The primary responsibilities of this position include:

- Provide safe and enjoyable experiences at Kelso’s Challenge Course, which includes an Archery Range, Aerial Ropes Course, and Climbing Tower.
- Deliver program content to guests using the Challenge Course; including but not limited to Summer Camps, Day Use Visitors, Corporate and School Groups, Special Events Groups, Birthday parties etc.
- Ensure safe operation of the course by conducting daily and weekly maintenance, routine inspections as required, cleaning equipment and participant gear.
- Work in accordance with the Conservation Halton’s Safety Policies & Procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and all other related manuals.
- Other duties as assigned

**Your Qualifications**:

- Strong creativity, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service mindset and the ability to enforce policies and procedures in a professional manner
- Certification and/or training as a Challenge Course Facilitator is a strong asset
- Previous experience working with Ropes or Challenge Courses is an asset
- Previous experience with providing education/supervision to children is an asset
- Enrollment in or completion of a College or University program relating to recreation, teaching, sport, or similar program is an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes day, afternoon/evening shifts, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, on varied terrain
