Optician

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Optician to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of optical products and excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

**Duties**
- Assist patients with eyewear selections based on their needs and their prescriptions.
- Consult customers on lens options, care instructions, and proper usage.
- Perform fittings and adjustments on eyewear to ensure proper fit.
- Process orders for eyewear, ensuring accuracy in specifications and medical records system.
- Collaborate with laboratory technician to ensure timely production of eyewear.
- Maintain knowledge of current optical trends, products, and technologies.
- Maintain an organized retail environment.
- Uphold high standards of customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in optical sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye care and eyewear.
- Knowledge of eyewear laboratory processes and production.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail is essential for accurate fittings and order processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
