**Position Summary**:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Operations Manager, the Production Analyst - Bellara is responsible for ensuring that production on the Bellara takes place without incident. The person in this position ensures that each operation meets the shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. He is also responsible for planning all Bellara production activities by monitoring machine capacity to ensure that orders are properly planned, to meet delivery deadlines, reduce the set-up time and exchange of coils, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule in the production calendar the work to be done for the Bellara according to already pre-establish manufacturing sequences and deadlines
- Assist in reviewing the effectiveness of work orders
- Produce work orders based on production requests. This includes setting up orders in the system, printing work orders, separating work orders and ensuring material is available before releasing the order. Once complete, load the quantity of materials for work orders and finished products updates as required
- Revise time ranges of operations (routing): Revise operating ranges in order to specify production times
- Answer questions from the sales department in Victoriaville and other branches about inquiries..
- Communicate with other branches when information requires it
- Notify other branches of production delays
- Respond to material and labor discrepancies
- Communicate frequently with supervisors to stay informed of issues that may affect order completion dates
- Provide order status information to the logistic department to help maximize deliveries
- Inventory the stock of pallets, boxes, and all other goods and packaging products,weekly, Wednesday morning

- Plan the quantities of materials required for production for each operation
- Carry out daily reports to ensure you always have enough materials to produce
- Track material level for future orders
- Quantify requests for boxes and pallets for the following week, in the crating department.
- Develop and maintain a variety of reports
- Maintain a record of non-compliances and issue internal work orders as required.
- Modify work orders when necessary
- Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues and take corrective action as needed

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Discipline, motivation and ability to understand deadlines and production as a whole
- Initiative
- Able to interact, with several departments and Operations Managers effectively
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Experience with SAP (an asset)
