**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all areas within the facility & take out trash and recycling and ensure proper waste management
- Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces (e.g., doorknobs, light switches) & perform periodic deep cleaning tasks (e.g., windows, baseboards) as assigned
- Occasionally remove light snow or ice from exterior walkways and entrance areas during winter months
- Assist with other duties as requested by the manager & ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and used properly
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an asset & strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment)
- Must be reliable, responsible, and have a strong work ethic & comfortable working at both Barrie and Oro Medonte locations, transitioning to Oro later in the year
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions (e.g., cold weather for snow removal)
