Telemarketer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telemarketer** to join our sales team. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers by phone and help set up appointments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a performance-based environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads from provided contact lists
- Explain and promote our services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information
- Set appointments or transfer leads to sales reps as needed
- Record call details and update the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
