Sandwich Maker

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble Banh Mi sandwiches following our recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Support other team members and ensure smooth kitchen operation
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and up-selling menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Work efficiently both in a team and independently
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or kitchen experience
- Basic knowledge of Vietnamese food, especially Banh Mi
- Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn
- Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
