Floral Consultant

Vintage Hotels is currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Floral Consultants to join our growing team

**Position Summary**: Primarily responsible for providing client consultations to determine floral needs; works with clients to create unique floral arrangements, provides estimates and completes invoicing in a timely and professional manner.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Provide consultations with Brides and other potential clients for their floral needs.
- Handling walk-ins and inquiries.
- Designing and creating fresh flower arrangements as required.
- Prepares invoices and appropriate paper work for billing of clients.
- Performing office duties including filing, answer phones, ordering products.
- Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties Limited’s products and services.
- Suggesting additional product and services meeting our guests’ specific preferences.
- Assessing guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
- Actively seeking ways to meet guests’ product or service needs.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Grade 12 Education as well as horticulture/floral design courses at college/university beneficial.
- Minimum of 1 year floral design or related experience.
- Knowledgeable of different floral species and design.
- Excellent computer skills are required for Microsoft Outlook, Maestro, ADACO.
- A clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license are required to drive the company vehicle.

**Salary**: $16.65-$17.53 per hour
