**Responsibilities**:
1. Teach high school courses according to the established curriculum.

2. Develop and modify course outlines based on the provided curriculum materials.

3. Provide feedback and assessments on student performance.

4. Communicate with students and other teachers about student progress and needs.

5. Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to improve the school's education program.

6. Follow school policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in education, or relevant field preferred.

2. Prior teaching experience is preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other instructors and staff members.

5. Passionate about teaching and committed to providing high-quality education to students.

6. Available to work during the academic year (September-January/January-June), with an average of 5-6 hours per week for each course.

7. Able to teach courses in-person at the school location in downtown Toronto near OISE.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-6 per week

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5S 2V1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- computer science teaching: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- teaching license in Ontario (preferred)

Work Location: In person
