**What We Are Seeking**

**Who You Are**

The Project Manager we are looking for will have:

- A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or related education
- Three years of experience in the construction industry
- Three years of supervisory and leadership experience
- Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracts, and bidding process
- Strong problem-solving skills, conflict management, and ability to professionally communicate and provide solutions to the team
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Familiarity with MS office suite of apps
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A valid class G license

Additional qualifications are considered an asset:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with time management and fleet management software such as Exaktime, Azuga, Trello

**What You’ll Do**

As a Project Manager you will:

- Manage and organize multiple crews on several jobs at the same time
- Manage and prioritize multiple jobs with varying requirements and deadlines
- Plan for the delivery of materials and labor for ongoing projects
- Manage job progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Interview, onboard, and train new workers
- Interact with customers to coordinate installs to best meet the needs of the client
- Review job details and locates with customer prior to construction start
- Review vehicle logs to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements
- Review worker hours and materials used on specific sites to ensure proper billing
- Ensure worker tools are well maintained
- Oversee yard management to ensure materials are organized and available
- Foster a positive team environment to support team productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with H&S policy to achieve an injury-free workplace

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
