Purchasing Administrator

A local Uniform and Law Enforcement Equipment provider servicing government and private industries is seeking a Purchasing Administrator.
Providing general support to our Purchasing and Accounting Departments and performing a wide variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders.
- Managing vendor returns
- Researching potential vendors.
- Reconciling warehouse pick tickets and invoice entries by comparing system reports.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting and recording accounts receivable and accounts payable data.
- NetSuite data entry of Sales Orders, Invoices, Receipts, Purchase Orders and other transactions and system data as required.
- Maintaining and updating supplier files, and documents, including contract details.
- Preparing reports.
- Additional duties as assigned to help support the purchasing and accounting teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Business Administration Diploma or equivalent work experience as a Purchasing Administrator or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge and exceptionally skilled in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Initiative, adaptability, and flexibility.
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
Pay: $39,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
