**Job Title: Event Manager - Elf Bars Christmas Pop-Up Experience**
**Employment Type**: Part-Time (Wednesday-Sunday evenings)

**About Us**:
Elf Bars is a unique and immersive Christmas-themed pop-up experience, taking over the city for a festive celebration full of holiday spirit. Guests will enjoy themed drinks, seasonal decor, and interactive entertainment that makes Jingle Bars a memorable holiday destination. We’re seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee operations and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.

**Position Overview**:
As the Event Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pop-up experience, ensuring all elements are running smoothly, staff are performing efficiently, and customers are having an exceptional time. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of event staff, managing ticketing, handling any on-site issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all event operations during the experience, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient workflows.
- Manage ticket checking and entry process to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Lead and motivate a small team of event staff,
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts with customers or staff promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols,
- Act as the primary point of contact for all on-the-ground event operations.
- Provide post-event feedback and reports to the production team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar event supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
- Experience with ticketing systems and guest entry management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings, specifically Wednesday to Sunday, with a focus on Saturday nights.
- Experience in bar or food & beverage operations is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
