**Specific responsibilities**
La succursale de Montréal d’Optimum Société d’Assurance inc., une filiale d’Optimum Général inc., est présentement à la recherche d’un.e adjoint.e à la souscription, assurance des particuliers.
Relevant de la directrice, le.la titulaire du poste
- prépare les demandes de soumissions
- saisit l’information dans notre système informatique dans le but d’émettre nos polices et avenants
- procède à certains avenants simples ou annulations de police
- participe à l’établissement de la tarification sous la supervision des souscripteurs
- tout autre mandat lié à la souscription

**Education and Work Experience**
La personne retenue doit détenir un DEC ou une AEC en assurance de dommages cumulé à une expérience à titre d’aide à la rédaction ou en administration au sein d’un assureur.
**Qualities and Aptitudes**
Possédant un bon sens de l’organisation et de l’initiative, elle doit également démontrer de bonnes aptitudes en matière de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Autonome et dotée d’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, elle doit fournir en tout temps un travail de qualité. Finalement, la connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook est primordiale. Le bilinguisme, français et anglais, sera considéré comme un atout.
