**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (**Night shift runs from Tuesday to Saturday**). 3 shift rotation. 2 weeks on each shift.

$500 bonus after completion of 6 months of service.

The General Labour role consists of light assembly and packaging of plastic components. No production experience is necessary. In addition to the start rate, a **$2.00 per hour premium** will be paid for each hour worked on designated machines. A higher skill level is required and training will be provided.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure machines are running correctly and quality parts are being produced.
- Read and comply with the Quality Plan ensuring proper assembly, trimming, packaging and taping of products.
- Inform proper personnel of any problems with machines, equipment or products.
- Operate equipment in compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations.
- Complete daily paperwork and Operator Quality Reports
- Follow proper housekeeping and sanitation procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**General Labour Abilities**:

- Attention to detail
- Very occasional heavy lifting
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work independently without regular supervision
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in effectively
- Ability to work rotating shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
