**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and clean surfaces before painting (e.g., scraping, sanding, patching holes)
- Repair cracks and imperfections in walls or other surfaces
- Work with various substrates such as concrete, siding, and trim
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Minimum 3 years of residential or commercial painting experience
- Strong knowledge of paint products, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
- Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and your own basic tools (specialized equipment provided)
- Fluent in spoken and written English

**What we offer**

We offer **competitive pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour**, reflecting your experience, skill, and commitment to quality workmanship.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- 40 hours per week

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Work Location**: Vancouver and surrounding areas

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
