**Responsibilities**:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as necessary.

Mix and match paint to the exact color specifications provided by manufacturers or customers.

Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and exposure to harmful chemicals.

Inspect painted surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections.

Keep work area clean and organized, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Collaborate with other team members, such as auto body technicians and estimators, to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in painting techniques and equipment.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and address any concerns they may have.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role.

Proficiency in using painting equipment such as spray guns, paint booths, and drying lamps.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments.

Certification or training in auto body painting is preferred but not required.
