**What you'll do at Paradox**:
**Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the heavy equipment operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. **Heavy equipment may include trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, and other pieces of equipment. **They must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, policies, and procedures.**
- ** Pay is competitive: $32/hour - $44/hour dependent on experience, skills, etc**.
- Operating Heavy Equipment
- Operating equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury and/or property damage.
- Keep equipment clean and complete routine maintenance.
- Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored.
- Be a leader; uphold Paradox's values and standards wherever the job takes you
- Be a team player; some paperwork required

**What you'll bring to Paradox**:

- Valid safety tickets: Valid First Aid + CPR, CSTS-20, PCST, H2S, Ground Disturbance and OSSA certifications.
- 3-5 years experience operating Heavy Equipment
- Pass a Drug and Alcohol test and 50lb Fitness to Work test
- Valid Driver's License and clean Abstract
- Willingness to work overtime and shift work.
- Be prepared to work in all weather conditions
