Join the Outdoor Operations Team at Greenland Garden Centre, a year-round greenhouse, where you will take on various construction and general labor tasks both indoors and outdoors. Your responsibilities will include building and repairing structures, operating equipment such as skid steers for loading bulk landscape products and performing general construction tasks. You will also help maintain outdoor areas, assist with snow removal in winter, and be part of a delivery and planting crew. Additionally, you will support special events setup and ensure equipment is inspected and in top condition. We are looking for individuals with a friendly, customer-focused attitude and the physical strength to manage heavy lifting. Bobcat or skid-steer experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes having an enthusiastic and approachable attitude.
- Maintenance of all outdoor areas.
- Inspecting all equipment and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Co-ordinate and perform set-up for special events.
- General labor and construction tasks as required.
- Loading bulk landscape products using a skid steer.
- Could include being part of a delivery and planting crew.

**Qualifications**:

- Bobcat / Skid-steer experience an asset.
- General construction experience is an asset.
- Excellent endurance and physical strength (can lift 50lbs minimum).
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
