**Job Description**:

- Ensure the compliance of the different companies of the group with the Canadian/US legislation regarding income tax and various taxes.
- Prepare the tax returns of the Canadian companies.
- Calculate the annual tax provision of the group companies.
- Planning to optimize any tax benefits and/or credits for the companies and their shareholders.
- Provide support during tax audits by various levels of government.
- Ensure sales tax compliance for the companies.
- Ensure proper accounting of tax related transactions.
- All other related tasks. Qualifications

**Qualifications**:

- CPA, CA designation and advanced training in taxation (Asset)
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a company.
- Experience with CaseWare/Taxprep considered and asset.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Autonomous.
- 5 days on site in Montreal.
- Bilingualism (English and French - Considered an Asset)
