We are looking for a vivacious, self-driven Jr Admin Assistant to join our Vancouver office team

**About the Job**:

- Create a positive and welcoming first impression for all clients
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office
- send and receive courier deliveries and packages
- Filing, scanning, and sorting documents
- Provide Clerical support when necessary
- Perform all duties in a highly ethical manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Performing general office duties as required

**About you**:

- A positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
- Our employees need to be punctual, reliable and dependable
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.65 per hour
