Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various cleaning tasks
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
- Handle custodial duties including emptying trash bins and restocking supplies
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Assist in facilities maintenance activities

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks as part of the job requirements
