**What the Service Technician will do**:

- Perform service installation of combines and planters at customer’s locations
- Receive and install new equipment from our factory
- Perform final quality check and set up at customer locations
- Work with customers over the phone on parts orders and technical support.
- Document, review, and fix issues with customers and their machines.
- Planning of service and customer service trips
- Travel about 8 weeks total throughout the year
- Travel into the United Sates for service work may be required.

**What you will need**:

- Basic understanding of machine safety
- Understand the proper use of tools
- Good mechanical skills
- Well organized and can work in a small team.
- Heavy equipment repair experience is required
- Combine and planter experience a plus
- Able to trouble shoot individually and in a small group
- Agricultural experience beneficial
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical skills required
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
