**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Teach engaging Taekwondo classes for kids ages **3 to 12** following our curriculum.
- Create a fun, safe, and respectful learning environment.
- must have good humor and understanding emotional intelligence.
- Encourage and motivate students while maintaining discipline and focus. using methods and curriculum provided to you.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, teachers, and team members.
- Be consistent, punctual, and reliable in all scheduled sessions.
- Drive between class locations (must have a car).
**Requirements**
- Semi Strong teaching martial arts background and willing to learn a lot and take action (Taekwondo preferred).
- Passion for working with children and creating positive energy in class.
- Great communication skills and sense of humor.
- Reliable transportation( must have a car) and willingness to travel between locations.
- Growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and possibly take on more responsibility.
- hours are flexible and classes happening between 9:30 am to 5 pm.
