**Job Overview**

The Brand Ambassador / Product Specialist has a thorough understanding of the brand and must demonstrate the ability to accurately communicate key technical specifications of the vehicles and handle consumer interactions in a well informed and experienced manner. Automotive, test drive and experiential marketing experience is preferred for this role.

**Duties**
- Be a part of a small brand activation team and engage with consumers at a 4-day event between **August 28 - 31, 2025 in Vaughan, ON**. Specific hours to be confirmed, but will be during the day.
- **Provide consumer education about the brand and vehicle product through key messaging as well as facilitate test drive experiences.**:

- Obtain customer feedback and report details to Team Lead for post report(s).
- Participate in mandatory training sessions to develop deep understanding of product and activation.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Team Lead at all times during the activation.
- Complete setup and tear down of activation assets in a clean and efficient manner ensuring assets are safely stored and secured.
- Ensure all test drive vehicles are kept clean and safe at all times.
- Achieve/exceed required KPI targets as outlined by the client.
- Present yourself in a professional manner that adheres to the standard of Hydraulic Marketing Group and the client(s).

**Qualifications**
- **Previous automotive product knowledge and experiential marketing experience.**:

- Must be 25+ years of age and have a valid driver's license along with a clean driver's abstract.
- Test drive / right hand drive experience an asset.
- Ability to learn product information and technical specifications.
- Takes initiative and direction.
- Strong communication and people facing skills.
- Independent thinker and worker, who also thrives in team environments; proven ability to work well independently and cooperatively as apart of a greater team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Consistently displays initiative and has a keen attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**
- Branded uniforms will be provided and are mandatory during work hours and must be kept clean.
- Must be able to work all 4 days. August 28 is a setup day; hours to be confirmed.
- Attendance at trainings are mandatory. Training time is paid.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $27.00 per hour
